It’s almost impossible to achieve steady sustained and long-term weight loss without making sure that your hormones are in balance. By now you should understand that:
- High fasting insulin levels MUST be brought back to normal
- If thyroid status is low, it MUST be brought back to normal
- Estrogen, testosterone and DHEA (See “30 Days of DHEA” on this blog site) MUST be brought to a youthful level
The Anti Aging Diet itself will help with the majority of the above “musts,” but it is imperative that you seek guidance and blood testing from your physician to assess your blood levels.
