If you have stuck with me this long you probably don’t mind reading a paragraph or two. As you know, I have kept the first 21 posts very short AND simple.
Physicians today always seem to tell their overweight and obese patients to “diet and exercise.” As you have probably realized by now, this is bunk because you have learned that a person cannot mobilize fat from storage if insulin is present in the blood (Felig et al; Bray, etc.)
This scientific premise has NEVER been refuted in the literature, it has merely been forgotten. Today’s physician treats the diseases associated with obesity like Type II diabetes, heart disease, inflammation and cancer to name a few, but they seem to ignore a root cause of these diseases – obesity!
In the last three posts we will talk about how to regulate your body’s insulin naturally and then we can get on with the Anti Aging Diet for 2017.
